Job description

Our client is a fast-growing Japanese‑affiliated organization specializing in the resale and recycling of luxury goods through online and offline channels. The company focuses on giving pre‑owned designer items a second life by ensuring accurate valuation, proper authentication, and high‑quality presentation across major eCommerce platforms. They emphasize hands‑on learning, attention to detail, and strong customer communication to maintain trust and brand integrity. Progression Path
  • Japanese Speaker (at least JLPT N3 and can communicate with Japanese Manager)
  • Salary during the first 4 months of probation: RM4,000
  • Upon completion of probation and without passing the appraisal test: RM4,500 – RM5,500
  • Upon completion of probation and passing the appraisal test: RM5,500 – RM7,000
  • Climb the ranks within 2 years to become a store manager (performance‑based)
  • Further promotion to upper management may be offered based on individual performance
Job Duties
  • Learn and master appraiser's skill set to assess value of luxury goods across multiple brands, based on authenticity and condition
  • Take photos of products and manage product listings across multiple eCommerce platforms
  • Reply to online enquiries and arrange shipment or collections with customers
Requirements
  • No experience required, training will be provided
  • Outgoing and positive attitude, able to converse with and engage customers with ease
  • Able to speak and understand intermediate Japanese for internal communication with Japanese speaking colleagues
  • Good communication skills and willing to learn
  • Willing to work on weekends
Additional Information
  • Industry: Luxury Goods / Jewelery
  • Working Hours: 5 days work week roster, 8‑10 rest days per month, 10 am to 7 pm
