Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement or E-commerce operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with online product sourcing and purchasing processes.
• Computer-literate with basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Detail-Oriented with strong communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Order (DO) for E-Commerce stock and supplies.
• Source, evaluate, and buy new products to expand online offerings.
• Maintain detailed procurement records, including vendor price lists and products catalogs.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for online-exclusive products and packaging materials.
• Track order status to ensure timely delivery for online sales and campaigns.
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate inbound deliveries for E-commerce fulfillment.
• Handle inquiries from suppliers and internal E-commerce teams on stock levels and product availability.
• Support the HOD in streamlining the procurement process for digital sales channels.
• Perform other E-commerce related duties as assigned.
