Job description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to support our daily e-commerce operations, basic accounting tasks, and warehouse coordination. This role is suitable for candidates who are hands-on, organized, and familiar with e-commerce systems and basic accounting processes.

E-commerce Operations
  • Print daily e-commerce orders and prepare documents for fulfillment.
  • Upload new products to e-commerce platforms, including basic image editing and product listing.
  • Maintain and update product information in the e-commerce system.
  • Perform daily stock checks by randomly sampling at least 5 best-selling SKUs and comparing system quantity with physical stock.
  • Key in incoming stock into the e-commerce system (e.g., BigSeller).
Accounting & System Tasks
  • Issue sales invoices using SQL Accounting system.
  • Key in supplier invoices into SQL Accounting.
  • Prepare AR payment receipts and maintain basic records.
  • Maintain and update the company cash book.
Warehouse & Logistics Support
  • Assist in checking warehouse picking accuracy against order lists (especially morning pick-up).
  • Key in incoming goods and coordinate with warehouse on stock movement.
  • Assist in handling returned parcels, including unpacking, checking items, and recording videos for documentation purposes.
General Operations Support
  • Liaise with internal teams (warehouse, admin, accounts) to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned.
