Requirements
  • Diploma in a related field such as Marketing, Business, or E-commerce.
  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok.
  • Experience in graphic design and video editing for online marketing materials.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting to track e-commerce performance.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work 5.5 days a week and be present at the onsite location in Johor Bahru.
Responsibility
  • Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information, images, and pricing.
  • Execute online marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), to drive traffic and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales data, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and videos for product listings, social media posts, and marketing campaigns, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Provide customer service and support to online customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the e-commerce landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives and projects.
