ServAuto is a fast‑growing automotive aftersales platform based in Malaysia. The company standardises car care services and ancillary experience from online to offline, offering transparent pricing and quality assurance through a trusted workshop network. ServAuto combines e‑commerce scale with physical network reliability—connecting car owners to quality workshops for oil changes, window tinting, and automotive accessories with one transparent, consistent brand experience.

Role Overview

The Ecommerce Executive plays a key role in managing and optimizing the company’s online product offerings across major e‑commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate product setup, pricing, and category management, while continuously monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Set up, maintain, and sunset products and categories across e‑commerce platforms, including pricing calculation, margin setting, and product page setup.
  • Support the launch of new website or platform features and ensure e‑commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) are updated with accurate product information, pricing, and lead times.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of new and existing product launches.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to suggest product and listing optimisations to maximise conversion rates and revenue.
  • Research, identify, and evaluate potential new products based on revenue and profit potential.
  • Plan and oversee new product initiatives by coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Graphic Design, Tech, and Operations teams.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including platform‑led and internal promotions.
  • Perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by HOD or Management when required.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in e‑commerce operations (preferred).
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms and relevant third‑party tools.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus but not compulsory).
Required Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of e‑commerce concepts and operations.
  • Hands‑on experience with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop seller platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of online marketing and promotions is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with order processing, logistics coordination, and customer service workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas for sales and margin analysis).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work cross‑functionally.
