Job Summary
We are looking for talent to play an important role in driving sales, optimising conversion and supporting platform campaigns. This role requires you to execute day-to-day e-commerce operations, campaign and content across online marketplace platforms. While additionally taking lead of analytics, platform strategies and coordinating cross functional projects
Job Responsibility
(I) Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Lead and execute e-Commerce strategies that align with business goals, encompassing customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
- Analyze online shopper behavior, sales trends, and digital metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Work closely with the team to plan and execute campaigns that meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
(II) Platform Management & Merchandising
- Oversee content activation, site merchandising, and promotional strategies in alignment with marketing calendars and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across e-Commerce platforms.
(III) Performance Tracking & Analysis
- Track, analyze, monitor and report key performance metrics across platforms (conversion rate, sales growth, traffic sources, ROI, etc.).
- Translate data into actionable insights to improve digital performance and customer experience
- Generate regular sales and campaign performance reports
(IV) Stakeholder Management
- Liaise closely with cross-functional departments (Marketing, Retail, Operations, Customer Service, IT) to ensure a cohesive e-Commerce strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with e-Commerce partners
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field.
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in e-Commerce or related digital roles.
- Experience in Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills; confident in data-driven decision making.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Fast learner and adaptable to platform changes.
- Flexible - able to work on weekends and public holidays (subjected to campaign day)
