Take responsibility of the hotel as the Duty Manager in the absence of the Assistant Front Office / Front Office Manager.
Assist with room assignments, monitor room availability and oversee the efficient operation of the reservation system.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the front office area.
Maintain effective communication with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
