Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Safely transport directors, company personnel and clients to designated locations.
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules efficiently.
• Ensure timely arrival and pick-up as per company requirements.
• Perform despatch or delivery duties when required.
• Ensure the vehicles are always clean, fuelled and well maintained.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, service date and other vehicle related information.
• Send the vehicles for service and maintenance as and when deem fit and necessary.
• Conduct inspection of the vehicle before and after driving to ensure the vehicle is in good & safe condition.
• Strict adherence to road safety, traffic rules and regulations.
• Respect and maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the passenger.
• Responsible for any other tasks assigned from time to time by superior.

Required Qualifications / Skills

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM or any certificate.
• Valid D & GDL driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a Company Driver, or similar role
• Familiar with Melaka, Putrajaya, KL, Klang Valley and Malaysia roads and able to navigate and use necessary tech application (Waze, Google Maps etc).
• Excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to safety
• Physically fit, good eyesight and capable of handling long driving hours.
• Willing to outstation, overtime, work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Proactive, punctuality, possess a good attitude and the ability to multi-task
