Job description

This role manages project documentation throughout the lifecycle and provides administrative support during tender, execution, and close‑out.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, control, and maintain all project documentation including drawings, correspondences, submittals, RFIs, reports, samples, and QA/QC records.
  • Ensure proper document numbering, filing, archiving, tracking, and retrieval in accordance with company and project procedures.
  • Maintain and update document registers such as drawing registers, submission logs, transmittal records, and correspondence trackers.
  • Distribute documents to relevant project teams and ensure only the latest approved revisions are in circulation.
  • Monitor and track submission, review, and approval status of all technical and contractual documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences via email, EDMS, and client platforms (e.g., Aconex, Procore, ASITE).
  • Provide document control and administrative support during tender stage, project commencement, execution, and project close‑out.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in QA/QC and/or document control within the construction industry.
  • Experience in building projects will be an added advantage.
