We are seeking a driven and organised Distribution Executive to join the team at Luke Alexander USA Sdn Bhd. in Kapar, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating the distribution and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products to our clients.

What you will be doing
  • Liaise with distributor for enquiries, order and logistic arrangement
  • Liaise with logistics providers and customers to schedule and coordinate product deliveries
  • Coordinate with store and production for order planning to ensure seamless order fulfilment
  • Prepare and process all necessary offer, order, shipping documentation and paperwork
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and address any delivery-related issues
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our distribution processes and procedures
  • Provide after‑sales support services
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a distribution or logistics coordination role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
