The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for leading all aspects of the resort’s culinary and beverage operations. This includes strategic planning, team leadership, financial oversight, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and special events. The role demands a visionary leader with deep hospitality expertise, creativity, and a passion for excellence.

  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining

  • Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prepare and manage department budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements
  • Optimize labor, inventory, and procurement to achieve cost targets

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business or related field.

7+ years in F&B leadership, preferably in luxury resorts or hotels with passion for delivery memorable guest experience.

Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and across multiple outlets, with strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, analytics tools, HACCP or equivalent food safety credentials.
