A leading industrial manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Customer Success Director for its operations in Kulim, Kedah. The successful candidate will lead Customer Success and Customer Service functions across Asia, driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. With over 10 years of experience in customer success and account management and strong leadership skills, the Director will ensure the delivery of world-class service and foster cross-functional collaboration with key teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in customer success, customer service, or account management.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the customer success strategy to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Managers and Representatives.
• Prepare executive reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and service performance.
