About the role

My Healing Tour Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and visionary Director to join our organisation. As our Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of the company and overseeing its overall operations. This full‑time position is based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

What you’ll be doing

Providing strong leadership and direction to the executive team, ensuring the company’s vision and objectives are effectively communicated and implemented.

Overseeing the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.

Ensuring the company operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry best practices.

Representing the company externally, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners and investors.

Monitoring the company’s financial performance and overseeing the allocation of resources to achieve optimal results.

Fostering a positive and collaborative work culture, inspiring and empowering the team to achieve excellence.

What we’re looking for

Extensive experience (10+ years) in a senior leadership role, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry.

Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and driving organisational growth.

Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to interpret and act on complex financial data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a solutions‑oriented mindset.

A deep understanding of the tourism industry in Sabah, including the competitive landscape, industry trends and customer preferences.
