Job summary

Job description

Support team’s strategic operations for digital services such as Gift Cards and Digital Vouchers.

  • Manage day-to-day operations including marketing campaign setup, execution, and monitoring as well as weekly/monthly performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and propose new campaigns.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, IT, and customer service teams to develop both technical and business solutions for specific partners.

Analytic and Data Monitoring.

  • Conduct market research to collect qualitative and quantitative data to generate impactful business insights to drive growth and profitability.
  • Monitor data and conduct data analysis to support the business strategy.

Daily operations.

  • Be responsible for daily tasks, including resolving CS cases and financial reconciliations, to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements :

  • ● Bachelor's or above in arelevant field (e.g. business, economics) or 1-3 years of work experience
  • ● Excellent English communication skills, enabling effective cross-team collaboration and issue resolution; Mandarin speaker is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • ● Proficient in using Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • ● Ability to work independently or as part of ateam in across-functional environment
  • ● Marketing experience and data analysis are aplus
