The Digital Marketing Manager leads the company’s digital growth strategy by driving brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across multiple online platforms. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, overseeing content creation, performance marketing, analytics, and digital asset management. The manager will also spearhead studio‑based content production and collaborate closely with internal teams to support business expansion in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the company’s overall digital marketing framework and strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Plan, manage, and execute integrated campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (XHS) to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Set up and manage the company’s internal content studio for podcasts, interviews, short‑form videos, and other multimedia production.
- Create, publish, and optimize engaging content across digital platforms ensuring consistent storytelling, brand identity, and audience relevance.
- Manage website content, SEO/SEM, and analytics dashboards to grow traffic, conversion, and user engagement.
- Support mobile app marketing through content updates, push notifications, and campaign integration.
- Execute and optimize paid media strategies (SEM, paid social, retargeting) to maximize ROI.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, Midjourney) for content ideation, copywriting, design enhancement, and trend insights.
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, exhibitions, roadshows, and product launches to enhance brand visibility and business reach.
- Develop and manage marketing materials (brochures, presentations, videos, and event collaterals) to support branding and sales efforts.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and social listening to identify trends, consumer behavior shifts, and growth opportunities.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand market reach.
- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets, calendars, and campaign schedules to ensure cost efficiency and timely execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and agencies for creative production, media placement, and event logistics.
- Ensure compliance with brand, communication, and data protection standards in all marketing activities.
- Take full ownership of marketing initiatives from planning to execution, tracking, and performance reporting.
- Stay up to date with digital, AI, and social media marketing trends to continuously enhance brand presence and performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years managing campaigns, content, or a small team.
- Practical experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid media, and performance reporting using common analytics dashboards.
- Competent in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or basic Adobe software; familiarity with AI tools for ideation is an advantage.
- Experience in basic video shooting or assisting in content studio setups is preferred.
- Strong communication, creativity, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a start‑up setting with evolving processes and priorities.
