Job Responsibilities

Scope 1 : Performance Marketing / Paid Media (Meta, Google & YouTube Ads) (1 position)

  • Plan, launch, and manage performance-driven paid advertising campaigns:
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • Google Ads (Search & Display)
    • YouTube Ads
  • Focus on website conversion and revenue scaling
  • Build and manage full funnels:
    • Cold acquisition
    • Retargeting
    • Budget scaling
  • Test, optimise, and scale winning campaigns based on data
  • Monitor and report key KPIs:
    • ROAS
    • CPA
    • CTR
    • Conversion rate
  • Work closely with the content team for creative testing and scaling
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management

Scope 2: E-Commerce Platform Marketing (Shopee & TikTok Shop) (1 position)

  • Manage and grow Shopee and TikTok Shop performance
  • Plan and execute:
    • Platform campaigns (Mega Sale, Brand Campaigns, etc.)
    • Flash sales, vouchers, bundles, and pricing strategies
  • Optimise product listings (titles, visuals, descriptions, USPs)
  • Monitor and improve:
    • GMV
    • Conversion rate
    • Traffic sources
  • Work closely with live hosts, affiliates, and content team
  • Analyse platform data and continuously optimise performance
  • Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for stock and campaign planning
