Digital Marketing Executive (E-commerce)
The Digital Marketing Executive/Officer will support the ecommerce team in driving online conversion across CRM channels, paid media, and customer lifecycle marketing. This role requires technical execution, data-driven thinking, and strong coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Salesforce Marketing Cloud (40%)
- Execute end-to-end campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey automation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and email deployment.
- Maintain customer data accuracy across Sales Cloud, Lightning Cloud, and SFMC.
- Build and optimize customer journeys to increase engagement, retention, and ecommerce conversion.
- Support reporting dashboards, campaign insights, and performance tracking.
Performance Marketing — Meta & Google Ads (40%)
- Plan, build, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads for ecommerce sales growth (PMax, Search, Shopping, Remarketing).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and creative briefing.
- Monitor daily performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CVR) using platform dashboards and GA4.
- Implement SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.
Ecommerce & Cross-Functional Support (20%)
- Coordinate with creative, product, and ecommerce teams for campaign planning, promotions, and new product launches.
- Assist with UTM tagging, landing page checks, and tracking setup to ensure accurate measurement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and competitor activities.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or performance marketing.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Meta/Google Ads is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, email automation, segmentation.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO/SEM principles, and GA4 reporting.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable optimisation.
- Understanding of ecommerce metrics and funnel conversion strategies.
Soft Skills
