Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies for Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing to drive e-commerce growth.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (ROI & KPIs), and provide actionable insights for ad optimization.

Conduct continuous testing and experimentation to enhance digital marketing performance.

Track and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights from Google Analytics and other platform tools.

Manage and improve SEO efforts, including web traffic analysis and site optimization.

Oversee website architecture, content tagging, CMS management, and content publishing to enhance search visibility.

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including personalized, automated email funnels.

Provide digital marketing support to external partners, vendors, and online platforms.

Handle other ad-hoc marketing duties as needed.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing or a related business discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.

Prior experience in beauty, health, or FMCG industries is an advantage but not mandatory.

Passion for digital marketing, with a strong interest in data-driven strategies and experimentation.
