Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing online presence, and driving traffic to the company’s website. You will collaborate with other teams to build and execute effective digital strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and update company website content to ensure it is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Create and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters and automated email sequences.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to adjust digital marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, content) to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Create regular reports on the performance of digital marketing activities and suggest improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms’ business tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to come up with innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
