About the role
As a Digital Marketing Executive at Lee Fah Mee Trading Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote the company's products.
Job Scope
- Work with Senior Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve desired results (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts: create content calendars, schedule posts, ensure brand guidelines are followed, and respond to comments and messages.
- Coordinate and assist in creating digital content such as posts, videos, stories, banners, and ads; collaborate with the design team or agency; copywrite captions, product descriptions, and marketing messages.
- Update website content, product information, and promotional banners; support e‑commerce listings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company store; track online sales performance and propose improvements.
- Track and analyze key digital metrics (traffic, conversions, ROAS, engagement); prepare weekly or monthly reports with insights and recommendations; conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends.
- Support branding initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns; ensure brand consistency across all digital channels; collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align online and offline strategies; identify suitable influencers/KOLs; manage outreach, negotiation, briefing, and performance tracking.
- Maintain and segment customer databases for targeted communication.
- Work with external vendors such as photographers, agencies, and media partners; support marketing events or roadshows when needed.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as social media management platforms, email marketing software, and Google Analytics.
- Strong creative and copywriting skills to produce engaging and compelling content.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with the principles of SEO and paid advertising.
- A collaborative and team‑oriented approach; ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams.
