Responsibilities
  • E-commerce Management: Full ownership of the Shopify store, including product uploads, inventory syncing, and optimizing the user journey to increase conversion rates.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute yearly marketing calendars and seasonal campaign themes (e.g., New Arrivals, Festive Sales, Fashion Week cycles).
  • Social Media & Content: Manage and curate content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook that aligns with A-JANE’s unique DNA.
  • Performance Marketing: Set up and monitor Meta Ads (FB/IG) and Google Ads to drive high-quality traffic and hit sales targets.
  • Collaborations: Identify and reach out to influencers, stylists, and brand partners for strategic collaborations that expand our reach.
  • Analytics: Track and report monthly KPIs, focusing on ROI, ROAS, and customer acquisition costs.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in Digital Marketing, preferably within the Fashion, Beauty, or Lifestyle industry.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
