Industry: Printer & Imaging Solutions

Working Hours: Day Shifts Only (Permanent Off day on Sunday)

Basic Salary RM3000 monthly

💼 You will play an important role in:

Product Support: Assist customers from Singapore via phone and email, troubleshooting, and resolving issues

Coordinate with internal teams

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond in service delivery

🔍What We're Looking For:

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with printer hardware and software is a plus.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.

Communication: Excellent verbal (Mandarin & English) and written communication skills.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support and Fresh graduate is welcomed!
