Endona Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Digital Coordinator to coordinate and support company-wide digital initiatives in a structured corporate environment. The ideal candidate is organised, professional, and experienced in managing multiple digital workstreams with proper documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor digital initiatives including website, digital content, and online platforms

Act as liaison between management, internal teams, and external digital consultants/vendors

Support ERP, digital systems, and process digitalisation projects

Ensure digital activities align with corporate branding, policies, and ISO requirements

Track progress, timelines, and deliverables for digital-related projects

Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for management review

Provide coordination guidance to junior digital or administrative staff where required

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, IT, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in digital coordination, digital operations, or corporate digital roles

Strong understanding of digital platforms, content management, and digital workflows

Experience working with senior management and cross-functional teams

Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Added Advantage

Experience in ERP / CRM / digital transformation projects

Familiarity with ISO systems, corporate governance, or tender-based organisations

Experience managing external vendors or consultants
