JOB OVERVIEW
The Content Creator (Digital & UI/UX) is responsible for executing high-quality, performance-driven content and front-end assets to support lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion across Mindful Solutions’ multi-brand ecosystem (eLearningMinds, Asia Learn Hub, UpskillingMinds).
This role focuses on hands-on execution across content creation, landing page support, and basic UI/UX optimisation. The position ensures that marketing assets are not only visually consistent but also conversion-focused, user-friendly, and aligned with campaign objectives. The role operates within established strategies and works closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive to deliver measurable outcomes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Plan, execute, and maintain content calendars across multiple brands, ensuring timely delivery aligned with campaign timelines and business priorities.
- Create and edit multi-format content including:
- Short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Long-form videos (YouTube, webinars)
- Static visuals, infographics, blogs, and email marketing creatives
- Design and produce marketing visuals such as landing page sections, social creatives, case studies, sales decks, brochures, and event promotional materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Support landing page execution and optimisation, including layout structuring, visual hierarchy, CTA placement, and content flow to improve conversion rates.
- Apply basic UI/UX principles to improve usability and user journeys across landing pages, forms, and marketing touchpoints.
- Perform basic front-end content updates using no-code tools or basic HTML (e.g. text edits, image replacement, section adjustments), without involvement in back-end development.
- Track and analyse content and landing page performance metrics (engagement, CTR, conversion rate) and recommend improvements based on data.
CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Visual & Multimedia Content Creation
- Demonstrates strong execution skills in visual design and video editing using Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Landing Page & Conversion Awareness
- Understands how content, layout, and CTA placement influence user behaviour and conversion performance.
UI/UX Fundamentals
- Applies basic UI/UX principles such as clarity, hierarchy, consistency, and usability in marketing assets.
Basic Front-End & No-Code Execution
- Capable of making simple HTML edits and managing front-end changes using no-code platforms without developer dependency.
Execution Ownership & Reliability
- Delivers work accurately, on time, and according to defined briefs, guidelines, and campaign objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS
Required:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, or front-end marketing execution.
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Working knowledge of landing page structure, UI/UX fundamentals, and conversion best practices.
- Basic understanding of HTML and experience with no-code or low-code front-end tools.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to track and interpret basic performance metrics (engagement, CTR, conversion rate).
- Portfolio or samples of previous work (content, landing pages, visuals, videos).
Preferred:
- Exposure to SEO fundamentals and landing page optimisation.
- Experience working with CMS, marketing automation tools, or CRM-integrated landing pages.
- Experience supporting webinars, events, or campaign launches.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand, performance-driven environment.
