Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Penang is seeking a qualified individual to provide process sustenance and improvement for die attach and die sorting in production. Responsibilities include monitoring die attach process performance, supporting new recipe development, and preparing technical documentation. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Statistical Process Control and related software is advantageous. Job description

To provide process sustenance and improvement for die attach and die sorting in production, die sales and NPI process development.

Duties/Job Responsibilities
  • Sustain and monitor daily die attach process performance.
  • Support die attach new recipe development for NPI and production.
  • Provide technical support for NPI and R&D engineering activities.
  • Support quality improvement and productivity enhancement activities.
  • Prepare process documentation and provide training to technicians and operators.
  • Any other job responsibilities assigned by the supervisor as and when required.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in relevant fields of Manufacturing and Engineering.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years work experiences in manufacturing particularly in die attach process sustenance experiences and have knowledge of process risks assessment and standard manufacturing documentation.
  • Basic understanding of Statistical Process Control knowledge.
  • Knowledge in using Microsoft offices such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Knowledge in using Statistical Process Control Software such as Minitab and JUMP is an advantage.
  • Basic machine setup for die attach process.
