Qualifications

• Experience in scan stitching and knowledge of scan stitching concepts.
• Hands-on ATPG experience and familiarity with ATPG file requirements.
• Understanding of JTAG fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Implement and verify DFT features such as SCAN and MBIST.
• Analyze and improve ATPG and DFT DV test coverage.
• Provide post-silicon support to ensure successful bring up.
