About the Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for multiple IT Operations & Engineering positions ranging from Junior (1+ years) to Senior Lead levels. Whether you are a DevOps Engineer, an Automation QA, or a System Reliability Specialist, we have a spot for you.

What You Will Do

Design, deploy, and maintain high-availability production environments using Linux and Container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).

Collaborate with development teams to build and manage robust CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).

For DevOps Track: Build automation scripts (Python/Bash) to enhance IT service delivery and monitor system performance (ELK, Prometheus).

For QA/O&M Track: Execute performance and load testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) and manage test cases (JIRA) to ensure application stability.

Who We Are Looking For

Experience: Open to all levels of experience. We have tracks for Juniors (1-2 years) up to Senior Leads (5-8+ years).

Tech Stack: Strong hands-on experience with Linux Administration is the foundation. Scripting (Bash/Python) is required for mid-senior roles.

Orchestration: Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes is highly valued.

Database: Experience managing or troubleshooting databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

Bonus Skills: Experience with Spring Cloud/Boot (for QA roles) or Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English (Reading/Writing) is required.

Mandarin proficiency is a HUGE ADVANTAGE (and mandatory for approximately 50% of our available roles due to close collaboration with regional technical teams).
