Job description

Responsible for leading and executing complex engineering design, ensuring the development of innovative, reliable and high‑quality products or systems. This role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including Project, manufacturing and quality assurance to drive the design process from initial concept through to final production.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of technical requirement with practical solutions.
• Ensure entire design lifecycle, including planning, design, prototyping, testing and iteration, ensuring projects are completed on time.
• Enhance production order systems and processes.
• Identify and implement design improvements and process optimizations to enhance product performance, reliability and cost efficiency.
• To proposed design drawing for customer request.
• Act as a team player committed to working in a quality environment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical).
• Oral and written communication skills (English, Malay & Mandarin). We are looking for Mandarin‑speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin‑speaking customers.
• Computer software skills (Excel, Words, AutoCAD, Solid Works).
• Proficiency in design software such as CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
