Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in design roles
  • Solid background in both agency and in‑house environments
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • Proficiency in AI for design concept creation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Comfortable working in a high‑growth, fast‑moving company within international scope
  • Hands‑on video storyline/storyboard
Responsibilities
  • Create and develop compelling design concepts that align with Kenangan Coffee’s brand values and market trends
  • Manage end‑to‑end creative design projects, timelines, and team resources effectively
  • Drive the refresh and implementation of brand guidelines across various touchpoints (retail, digital, packaging, etc.)
  • Support design development for new product launches, store concepts, and regional expansions
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, operations, and R&D for 360° campaign execution
  • Coordinate with vendors, external agencies, and freelancers to deliver on‑brand design outcomes
  • Continuously explore new materials, trends, and formats for innovative design approaches
