A leading renewable energy company is seeking a creative professional to produce high-performing visual designs and video content. This role involves using AI tools to streamline workflows, designing ads for social media, and collaborating across departments to achieve marketing goals. Candidates should have a diploma in Graphic Design or related fields, along with 1-3 years of experience in design or video editing. Strong proficiency in Adobe tools and short-form video editing is essential. A good understanding of social media trends and visual storytelling is critical.
This role requires a hybrid creative to produce high-performing visual designs and end-to-end video content optimized for conversion across digital platforms. You will leverage AI tools and performance analytics to streamline workflows and iteratively improve creative output based on data. Additionally, you will collaborate across departments to deliver consistent, on-brand assets that support marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Marketing & cross department visuals/ads Design - Design high-performing ad creatives (Meta, Google Display, TikTok and etc) optimised for conversions and cost efficiency.
Social Media Content - Design scroll-stopping visuals for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Template Development - Build reusable design templates for marketing, partnerships, events, and internal comms to streamline workflow.
Shooting & Editing - Plan, shoot, and edit videos including customer journeys, product explainers, testimonial reels, onsite installation videos, and corporate videos.
Motion Graphics - Create simple animations, transitions, and text overlays to enhance clarity and engagement.
Video Optimisation - Tailor videos for multiple platforms (vertical, square, widescreen) and test variations to improve view-through and conversion rates.
AI Design Workflow - Use AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, CapCut AI, Canva AI, ChatGPT prompt workflows) to speed up repetitive design tasks and reduce production time.
Marketing Campaign Execution - Support brand, digital marketing, and referral campaigns by providing fast-turnaround visuals and videos.
Events & Partnerships Support - Provide creative assets for exhibitions, activations, partnership launches, and CSR initiatives.
Process Improvement - Continuously improve creative workflows to shorten turnaround time, reduce cost, and increase output.
Brand Consistency - Ensure all design and video content follow brand guidelines, tonality, and consistency across platforms.
Collaboration - Work closely with marketing team (Digital Marketing, Social Media, Branding, Partnerships, Events teams) and other cross department to support business priorities.
Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts, Marketing, or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in design, social media content creation, or video editing (agency or in-house).
Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or equivalent tools.
Experience with short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci).
Familiarity with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT prompts) is a big advantage.
Strong understanding of social media trends, hooks, and content formats.
Good sense of visual composition, typography, brand consistency, and storytelling.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver under tight timelines.
Basic photography/videography skills are a plus.
