Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing strategic sales initiatives across the livestock and poultry markets.
Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed monthly targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, farm owners, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
Identify market opportunities and develop tailored sales strategies to meet client needs.
Collaborate with technical and product teams to provide effective customer solutions.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Deliver regular sales reports, forecasting, and market analysis to senior management
Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Business, or related fields.
At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the animal health, feed, or veterinary pharmaceutical sectors.
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within Malaysia (rural and farm areas).
Fluent in Mandarin and multiple Chinese dialects
