Strategic Development Department
To manage the operations and administration of the Strategic Development Department based on current work plans, namely:
- To prepare the work plan for the Strategic Development Department and ensure that departmental tasks are carried out smoothly in accordance with the directives of the Executive Director SD.
- To prepare and coordinate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for the SD sector based on the KPIs approved by PDT.
- To prepare the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Strategic Development Department and ensure compliance with SOPs according to the processes and workflows approved by PDT Management.
- To prepare KPI performance evaluation reports for the Special Project Executives and to review KPI reports of staff under his/her supervision.
- To prepare the departmental staffing budget (Special Project) based on requirements for approval by the Executive Director SD and to monitor budget expenditure to ensure sufficiency throughout the year.
- To attend training, workshops and seminars relevant to the scope of current duties from time to time in order to fulfill the required training hours set by the Human Resource Department.
Special Project Department (PDT)
To manage and coordinate the overall work processes of the Special Project Department (PDT), namely:
- To assist the management in developing a business network to expand PDT services through:
- Government Departments and Agencies;
- Private / Corporate sector; and
- International parties.
- To conduct market and economic studies to identify new business development opportunities based on four (4) main PDT industries.
- To identify and prepare study reports based on technological aspects, feasibility and company capability for the purpose of preparing approval papers to the PDT Board of Directors.
- To prepare proposal papers and creatively present information to business partners and relevant stakeholders at PDT level.
- To conduct engagement sessions and attend meetings with business partners and stakeholders to discuss proposed projects at PDT.
- To carry out discussions and provide opinions together with companies or relevant departments/agencies to produce strategic collaborations in order to make the best joint investment decisions; and
- To prepare relevant reports for submission to PDT top management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Economics, or Strategy.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategy or consulting role, preferably within the Consulting & Strategy industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
- Experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in the use of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn, with a growth mindset.
