Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre is seeking a Deputy Director of Nursing to oversee the Nursing operations and advance patient care at our healthcare facility in Klang, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers to uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and consistently deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

What you'll be doing

Assist the Director of Nursing in the overall management and strategic direction of the nursing department

Oversee the day-to-day nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation

Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures

Lead and mentor the nursing team, promoting professional development and a positive work culture

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care and improve clinical outcomes

Implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor nursing performance metrics

Represent the nursing department in management meetings and contribute to the overall decision-making process

Other work related duties as assigned by Management

What we're looking for

Registered Nurse with a minimum of 8 years' experience in a management role

Strong clinical expertise and a proven track record of driving excellence in patient care

Good leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Proficient in healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices in nursing management

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Postgraduate qualification in Nursing with any Post Basic
