Job Description: As a Sales Advisor at Denza, your primary role will be to provide high-level customer service and guide customers through the sales journey, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our luxury electric vehicles.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential and existing customers, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on Denza's range of vehicles.
  • Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiries to vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Denza’s electric vehicle features, technology, and pricing to effectively present and sell our products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with customers, follow up on inquiries, and provide excellent post-sales support.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and management to achieve overall dealership goals and maintain a positive working environment.
