Job description

We are seeking an individual to work in Hafary Trading Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of International Ceramic Manufacturing Hub Sdn Bhd that located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor who can :

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Demand Planning Teams as well as Sales team to compile forecast, review the accuracy of Customer Order Data.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team and Sales team on Customer Orders (CO) to ensure the accuracy of the latest data in the M3 system.
  • Handle Local demand-related enquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Follow up daily and update production status from the OEMs and local suppliers.
  • Coordinate with local suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth and cost-effective shipment arrangements including sample coordination when required.
  • Issue Purchase Orders in accordance with company procurement procedures.
  • Coordinate with QC team to arrange product inspection, ensuring timely inspection and compliance with quality standards.
  • Provide related documents to the Finance department to ensure that the accounts payable was paid to the vendor as scheduled.
  • Effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders are essential to the daily work environment.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.
