Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.
  • Strong knowledge in electronics/electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting data from line monitoring and escalating issues as needed.
  • Performing maintenance and repair of functional testers.
  • Managing and controlling spare parts.
  • Supporting engineering activities.
  • Conducting debugging and failure analysis, and escalating findings.

Skills

Proficiency in using test equipment
Strong knowledge in electronics/electrical troubleshooting

Education

Job description

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and drive our growth, we’re looking to add Debug / Test Technician in Flex Senai, Johor.

What a Typical Day Looks Like:
  • Collecting data from line monitoring (e.g., yield, line issues, downtime, WIP movements) and escalating issues as needed
  • Performing maintenance and repair of functional testers
  • Managing and controlling spare parts
  • Supporting engineering activities (e.g., Qualification, ECO, VCCA, SBR)
  • Communicating with inter‑department teams on production issues and activities
  • Conducting debugging and failure analysis, and escalating findings
  • Compiling debug data and generating reports
  • Identifying, moving, and clearing debug/RMA WIP
  • Maintaining and controlling debug equipment
Additional Responsibilities May Include:
  • Collecting evaluation data
  • Performing electrical measurements (voltage, current, frequency) using tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes
  • Carrying out tasks assigned by engineers or supervisors
