Join TikTok’s Global Monetization Integrity team to support data projects ensuring safe and high-quality ad experiences in Kuala Lumpur.
Your Role
- Cooperate with Piller DUS on project support, requirements, insights, RCA, and business metrics, collaborating with XFN teams as needed.
- Work with FA's and DCC on labeling template application, selection, and criteria (TCS - JIMU / LP - Neeko).
- Create and maintain SOPs aligned with RD and BP requirements, updating during project lifecycle based on changes or RCA feedback.
- Create live, practice, test, and 2RQA queues across TCS and LP, liaising with FA for support; RD handles complex queue injections; DUS supports data set uploading and injection.
- Help create, maintain, and iterate the Golden Data Set (GDS) and CS exam creation linked to GDS.
- Train, host, or record SOP reviews and distribute to internal BD teams using LMS (Absorb).
- Monitor project output quality against KPIs and standards, taking corrective actions to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform periodic queue health checks, audits, and implement improvements to enhance project outcomes.
- Identify operational challenges, recommend and implement process improvements for project flow and compliance.
- Assist in training and developing DUS team members to meet project demands and quality expectations.
About You
- High oral and written proficiency in Tagalog and English (English for business communication, Tagalog for market-specific projects).
- Final year or recent graduate background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Computer fluency and understanding of software and advanced internet functions.
- Experience in major tech or social media companies on labeling/model training, ads/content safety, training, or related fields is a plus.
- Proficient skills in MS Office and G-Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and quick learning skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines.
