Job description

This is a senior investment data operations role supporting multiple new system transitions and ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) data processes. You will be deeply involved in managing and maintaining investment/ performance data across Eagle PACE, Aladdin, BNY Mellon and related platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Investment / Security Data Operations

Monitor and resolve data exceptions raised across pricing, security master attributes, accruals, dividends, corporate actions, etc.

Maintain and configure core investment data including entities, benchmarks, accounting periods, tax rates, pricing rules, trade/position flows, and corporate action files.

Perform daily, monthly pricing, validation, stale price checks and exception review.

Support parallel processing, testing, onboarding and transition activities into new investment systems.

Review real-time alerts on Aladdin dashboards and resolve issues promptly.

Performance Data Operations

Configure, load, validate and review historical and daily performance data.

Onboard and manage market benchmarks, custom benchmarks, index weights & mappings for attribution.

Maintain GIPS/SAA related setups and portfolio classification frameworks.

Perform periodic exception investigation for index and NAV feeds from vendors/administrators.

Documentation & Governance

Document business/functional requirements, SOPs, workflows, and policies.

Work with cross-functional teams, business users and vendors during transition and enhancements.

Support remediation activities, quality reviews, and operational readiness for go-live.

Requirements

Tertiary degree with 5 to 10 years’ experience with relevant experience in performance/ investment data.

Deep understanding of attribution, benchmarks, pricing, valuation and investment workflows.

Experience with multiple asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, private assets etc.)

Strong preference for candidates experienced in Eagle PACE and BlackRock Aladdin.

Comfortable working in highly governed environments with tight timelines.

Able to navigate ambiguity, prioritize issues and work independently as SME.
