Key Responsibilities

• Scrape and curate data relevant to the commercial and industrial real estate market.
• Build and maintain a structured, categorized master prospect database.
• Assign exclusive cold-call lists to Marketing Coordinators.
• Track and analyze call conversion rates using recorded calls.
• Support the deployment of marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
• Manage and enhance SLP's online presence and platforms.

Ideal Profile

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, Access, Python, C++, and HTML.
• Familiarity with SEO, sales funnels, Zapier, and API integration.
