Data Analyst [Fresh Graduate, Fixed Working Hours]

Step into the frontier where gaming meets AI. As an AI Trainer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the large language models that bring our AI-native games to life. Your work will fine-tune the intelligence, emotional depth, and logic of our models—helping us build truly immersive fictional worlds that players can lose themselves in.

This role blends creativity with technical precision, and covers two key domains:

• Large Language Models (LLM)
• Audio & Dialogue Systems

What You’ll Do

• Craft Game Worlds
  • Annotate game content—dialogues, quests, character interactions—ensuring each line feels authentic and alive.
  • Build lore, mini-plots, character backstories, personality profiles, and the “hidden details” that make worlds unforgettable.
• Shape AI Intelligence
  • Evaluate and refine model responses using custom rubrics to improve realism, emotional intelligence, and player immersion.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency to optimize the in-game experience.
• Collaborate & Innovate
  • Partner with research and product teams to push the boundaries of state-of-the-art AI models.
  • Contribute creative and technical insights to make interactions smoother, smarter, and more human.

Nice to Haves

Previous experience with AI models (RLHF, fine-tuning, evaluation, data audits); background with data analysis, reporting, or manipulation; writing chops (technical writing, storytelling, copywriting); psychology, philosophy, or game design know-how.
