Handle inbound & outbound customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues
Manage customer complaints professionally and elevate when necessary
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Follow SOPs and quality standards
Work on rotational shifts, including weekends or public holidays if required
Communicate effectively in Mandarin (spoken & written); Cantonese is a plus
Meet service level and performance KPIs
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
