Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: RM3,300 – RM4,700
  • Japanese Language Allowance: RM1,800
  • Working Hours: 7.00am – 5.00pm (Japan working time)

Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing direct communication with customers and internal departments to support end-to-end customer order management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to become a subject matter expert and gain exposure to international business operations.

You will be part of the Customer Service Team, supporting cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders from order entry through to product delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams such as Sales, Distribution, and Manufacturing.
  • Support customer requirements and resolve order-related inquiries effectively.
  • Gain and apply foundational knowledge of compliance and commercial operations.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Japanese (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • Proficient in computer usage and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills.
