Join Jump Retail Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service Receptionist at our TRX Mall location in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position is an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional front-line support to our valued clients and visitors.

What you'll be doing
  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Be responsible for service request reception, entitlement check, registration and its distribution
  • Maintain cleanliness of front desk and waiting area.
  • Identify customer needs or complaints and provide proactive solutions to improve their experience
  • Update customers on repair progress, charges, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with technicians and back office for smooth service flow.
What we're looking for
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide exceptional front-line support
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in a similar customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the retail or mall environment
  • Familiarity with the Kuala Lumpur area and TRX Mall is an advantage
