Job Requirements

  • Has minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience in Contact/Call Centre or Customer Service environment.
  • A positive, service-oriented and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and writing skills (both English and Mandarin) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
