  • Able to work on Saturday and Sunday
Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication & Support: Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels, providing professional service and advice.
  • Appointment Management: Assist customers with scheduling or rescheduling chiropractic appointments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reception & Guidance: Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming service experience.
  • Record-Keeping & Follow-Ups: Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on patient needs as necessary.
  • Handling Customer Feedback: Listen to and collect patient feedback, relaying it to the team for service improvements.
  • Basic Administrative Tasks: Assist with documentation and other office support duties.
