High school Diploma or equivalent certificate.

Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.

Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Only Mandarin Speaking is Required. Reading and Writing is not necessary.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.

Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibility

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate product and service information to customers.

Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns efficiently.

Maintain detailed and updated records of customer interactions.

Follow communication guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Work closely with other departments to address customer needs.
