A leading customer service company is seeking a Native Japanese Customer Service Executive in Malaysia. The position involves managing service inquiries and complaints from Japanese customers, and requires proficiency in Japanese. Intake & Head Count: 24th Nov'25 (Mon): 25HC | 22nd Dec (Mon): 35HC
Shift window: Mon-Sun 24h rotational shift / 8h + 1.5h break
Day off: 2 days off including weekdays, weekends & replacement leave for PH in Malaysia
Employment term: 2 years as per Malaysian Work Permit (renewable)
Languages: Japanese (Native only)
Native Japanese in Malaysia or willing to relocate in Malaysia
Managing service inquiries & complaints coming from Japanese customers located in Japan via phone calls, email, chat.
1 month training conducted in Japanese.
HR interview (Online/Camera off) > Online test & Ops interview (Online/Camera on) > offer
