Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, written & reading), able to communicate smoothly with Mandarin‑speaking customers.
- Possess SPM or equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates and interns are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & English, with the ability to understand and respond accurately to customer needs.
- Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure, multi‑tasking work environment.
- Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and capable of managing customer service workflows efficiently.
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong teamwork spirit and willingness to work towards sales targets together.
Responsibilities
1. Sales Conversion & Customer Engagement
- Engage customers via calls, emails, social media, and online platforms; understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions to convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Actively follow up with potential customers, continuously refining follow‑up strategies to improve conversion rate and repeat purchases.
2. Cross‑Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and optimizing campaign details to support consistent sales growth.
3. Skill & Income Growth
- Participate in company‑provided professional training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge, achieving both career development and income growth.
4. End‑to‑End Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Handle order follow‑ups, logistics enquiries, returns, and after‑sales issues efficiently, while proactively identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records using the CRM system, tracking customer needs and interaction history to improve service efficiency and precision.
