Position
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Mandarin and English.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Support translation of communication materials (Mandarin/Cantonese English).
  • Meet performance targets and adhere to service quality standards.
Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese, with good command of English.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willing to work on-site in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
