Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin and English.
Provide accurate information and troubleshooting support
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
Ensure excellent customer experience by following up on cases promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Good command of English and Mandarin
Familiarity with digital payment, fintech, or e-wallet solutions is an added advantage.
